Our practice squad guys became free agents

Once our season ended, every player we had on the practice squad became a free agent who can sign with any team. I am a bit surprised that we did not sign WR Anthony Armstrong or maybe RB Lex Hilliard to our off-season roster once the season ended. Of course we can sign players who were on other teams practice squads so maybe that is what we're looking to do.

I don't think that is true. I think it is until Feb 28th when they become free agents and before then we will likely offer them futures contracts

Not real sure if those guys are free agents just yet. I have to think that guys like Hilliard and Armstrong will get a one year contract from the Dolphins.

I know I was told by someone that once a teams season ends then the practice squad players contract ends and they become a free agent. Maybe they are wrong. I don't know.

Do they make league minimum? Anyone know? I know they get Super Bowl rings, but not sure how well they are paid.

They are paid anywhere from $4,000-$6,000 per week.
