U kno the more we look at it. We have an elite group of recievers. Two pro bowl WRs (yea, booker isnt as good as he used to be, but he is still very good), Welker is a very under rated player that needs to be given a chance. McMike is physcially one of the best TEs in football not named Antonio Gates. Ronnie Brown is already showing signs that he can be a good reciever at the RB position.

So, talk that Culpepper was only good cause of Moss and wont be good here is completly un researched and just fins fans being disapointed in a loss that had some good ppoints.

Marty Booker is a guy with great hands and decent speed that is capable of big things if used right. He can do alot of good for us, when we need him. How many passes were thrown CCs way in the first half? I think one. This guy has eclipsed 10 TDs twice in his career with the lieks of Fiedler, Frerotte, Griese and so on. I think Daunte was just over hyped for the game and didn't use his head.

Ronnie Brown as a RB really is questionable. He has the talent of the elite but because of the offensive line's play, a veteren who can find holes quicker would be better suited to play on this team. Ronnie broke 2 tackles at least, everytime he touched the ball. So something isnt right, that many broken tackles should not yield less than 75 yards on the ground. I had a topic earlier how sammy morris is just as good as him. I know it was probably somewhat unescary (spelling) but it was just things i saw that ronniue needed to work on. I was happy to see that I was wrong in my asesment that he cant get in the endzone inside the 5 yard line (those we two very good goaline plays by him). I just think that because of the lines suspect play we need a vet and sammy morris coming back in week five vs the pats will be a big boost.

Well until next sunday (which sucks IMO, we have 9 days left) Lets hope Nick gets the secondary together and to utilize their stengths and not play bigger than they r. Lets hope DC returns with a bang to show the bills what its like to be facing a Miami team w/ a decent qb.

Ronnie can't see the holes because there aren't any to run thru, Ronnie had 2 td's against one of the best D's in the league!
Ronnie is a beast but we need to work with the o-line.

When those broken tackles are in the backfield, there is no way any running back is going to gain as many yards as you think they should.

thank you

Did anyone notice on the first touchdown run that Polomalu thought he was going to take Ronnie down by going high and got wasted???? By buddy who's a die hard Steeler fan said he never seen a back do that to Troy before. Also after the game the first words out of my buddies mouth was "I guess we'll be seeing your squad in January."

I also forgot to mention that Hagan was causing a few problems for the Steelers and I think as the season goes on he is going to be huge for us. It's a shame that the ref. watching the prison shower scene re-enactment in the endzone couldn't throw the flag for PI.

mcmicheals i believe will be the key reciever in this offense..

daunte needs a dump reciever... and throwin the short outs

to the wrs didnt go so well this week...!!!

The O line needs to open up holes for Ronnie. The kid is a beast, it takes an average of 2 or 3 guys to bring him down. He's a great blocker too, I saw him make about 4 or 5 good blocks. Not to mention he is one damn good reciever.

I don't think that the game on thursday was a true indication of their ability. The Steelers are stout against the run, they really don't allow alot of people to run rampant on them.
