We know its Ginn and Hagen, but does E Wildford make it? How bout Armstrong, Camerillo, or Bess? You guys got any predictions of WR that become available when the waiver wire comes next weekend that we can Target?

we are going to pick up a few players next week.... pay attention to the giants wr's and the all of the cowboys

I'm thinking Armstrong is going to be the odd man out, and it's going to be:

1. Ginn
2. Hagan
3. Bess
4. Wilford
5. Camarillo

Pretty ridiculous that Wilford came in expected to be a 1 and maybe a 2 and now he's lucky to be the 4. I'd rather have Armstrong or Kircus, signing Wilford was stupid.

I think Camarillo makes it. Every time I see this kid he looks like he's trying harder than everyone else. I know that alone isn't enough, but he has flashes of greatness from time to time. He needs to work on his consistency.

He's a little weak for his size. But he is quick, for his size.

Out of our bubble WR players that lack consistency, he is the one that shines brighter when he gets a moment of greatness.

I think Bess also makes it... he has the physical attributes and just needs to be a little smarter out there--sounds like a Parcells' player/projet to me.

I think Armstrong is going to fall short.

I haven't decided about Willford. It looks to me like they really want to keep him, and he's not doing his share to make that a reality.

Note however, I very much likely see us picking up a receiver or two when the cuts start occuring. I am pretty sure Parcells will pick up a 'has-been' who previously worked with him and that has enough tank left in the gas for one or two more season.

I agree,

And it's a shame because we might end up losing out on a guy like Anderson who could end up being better.

Wilford has proved his mediocrity, i would rather go with an unproven guy to be my 4th and 5th receiver, there is bigger potential there at a position on the depth that where you dont need someone who is proven.

I only know that Hagan and Ginn will make it. I think wilford makes it for now although he is now more overpaid than I said he was. Now is anyone suprised that J ville made no effort to resign him. Bess and Armstrong have a decent chance but we will be hard on the waiver wire. Our Wr corp sucks pretty bad although I like our starters.

Ginn and Hagan for sure. I think Bess has also made the team. I really like the kid. Wilford hasn't shown much so I think there is a good chance he will get cut. I also think Camarillo will make it. The kid is full of hustle. I think he is our next Wes Welker. Also I think Parcels will look at the waiver wire VERY closely.

I actually love the early chemistry between Armstrong and Henne... Considering how young they are and the time it takes for both positions to mature, I kind of love the potential of this pairing down the line... I keep him above Camarillo.

I also pull the plug on Wilford if he continues to flatline and hit the waiver wire... but admitting mistakes has NEVER been one of BP's strong suits...

Pretty much right on man. I want Armstrong, but I'm afraid he's gonna fall victim to Parcell's pride and Wilford's check.

Camarillo made a jaw dropping hit on special teams in yesterdays game. He knocked the total snot out of him. He may look smallish but he's showing to be pretty tough.

Wilford won't stay as the 4th or 5th WR when he doesn't play special teams.

A lot will depend on what Wr's are cut. If it's a younger Wr, who is eligible for the practice squad, I see them signing that Wr to it, and keep Bess on the roster so they can see him in a couple of real games, when it counts. Bess runs nice routes, can catch, and he seems pretty darn tough for his size so I think they're going to want to keep him and play him some early on. Then if he fizzles a little bit, they can cut him in hopes of bringing him back the the PS.
