They all played well this season... excluding Ted. A lot of balls have been overthrown and they had no way of catching, but the receivers take the heat and not Henne. I fully support Henne and thought he had a great first year of playing, but everyone saying we need a big F/A signing is going over the top. Davone Bess and Camarillo have some of the best hands in football. Hartline is proving himself as a #2 receiver too. No, they aren't the best, but they are all young and all get the job done. What we need is a veteran receiver that can work with Ted, who has crazy potential, just like Pennington has worked with Henne. I don't want a Braylon Edwards or a TO or a Chad Johnson. I want the Davone Bess' and the Cammy's.

We need a #1 wr.....Nobody is a consistent threat on the team and we can't truly see what we have in Henne with a bunch of #2 or less WRs and TE's that are equally not threatening.

Ted will always suck....he can't catch, is soft, and doesn't show half the heart that Bess or Cam show. He's fast, thats all.....thats not potential.

excluding Ted???? Are you high?? He won us 2 games BY HIMSELF.

Learn football.

here we go with the ginn cheerleader......he won a game as a RETURNER, not a wr...then you tell everyone to learn football? He also caught a pass that couldn't have been thrown better on one of his ..."go deep ted" passes. I guess that constitutes winning by himself .

Learn football yourself. Your rep and posts show your ignorance.

The more shocking development is the fact that ginjim even has any material to read around here considering the amount of people he supposedly has on ignore...

Camarillo and Bess put forth EFFORT every week and COMPETE.....the speeding nerdball doesn't even compete...

As far as having a veteran receiver to work with the geek.....she's already been offered help by one of the best in Dolphins history by the name of Mark ****ing Duper and she's too stupid to take it...

Here comes another thread full of excuses for her......

I think it's common knowledge that we have one of, if not THE weakest WR corps in the NFL. I am sure we can change that this year with that addition of a true threat, let's hope they go get us one somewhere. One main guy will take a ton of heat off of our #2's and #3's

Bess and Cam compete every week but they only have 1 TD between them this year. we need better.

Too funny...guys here rip Ginn every week and talk how great Bess and Cam are...Bess has more fumbles than Ginn and has had more than his fair share of drops, where is the criticism for him? Bottom line is that Ginn has more potential than anyone else at WR and we still need to find our go to guy, our number 1 WR. Adding a TE who can strike fear in opposing LB's will really open up the running game and passing lanes.

I was very pleased with Hartline, so much so that I was disappointed he wasnt used more. I certainly felt he had shown enough to warrant a few starts over the last few weeks.

I do believe this off season will be very important to Hartline, he's 6'2" 186lbs. You could describe his play as being "scrappy" because he appears somewhat scrawny. Should he get himself physically developed into the 200-205lbs range and work on his speed (which isnt too bad considering his track background) I do believe he could develop into a very strong no2.

Ive considered a lot of the conversations recently surrounding drafting a WR in the top rounds, and considering the youth of our current WR corp and Henne, I do believe getting a veteran would not only provide an immediate starting calibre WR (a rookie needs developing, a la Pat Turner, which could take time) but would also help this young corp develop by having a top quality player around them who has been there, done that.

So my hope is they do go out and spend the money to get a top flight WR, which would allow the draft to be focused on LB's, TE and RB/FS.
