See...it doesn't really matter. Ross will keep Ireland...and he will hire another moron. It won't be until we get rid of Ireland that we even have a chance at a real FO. That will probably take three years there because Ross will give them a chance since they would be a new coaching staff. So, it won't be for at least another 4 years before we have a real FO/coaches. Welcome to reality folks...
