And I mean empty as in Owner Mr. Ross moving the team from Miami. Face it, if we don't become a winning team in the next couple of years we'll be lucky to have 20,000 fans in the stadium and Mr. Ross will NOT be a happy camper.

Maybe if the organization was well versed in football operations and made better decisions we wouldn't be in this predicament in the 1st place

This team is going nowhere both literally and figuratively. They're horrible and won't sniff the postseason but rest assured they're staying in Miami. Unkie Wayne didn't spend millions of dollars renovating Dolphin Stadium for the Marlins or Canes.

The team has been bad for what, four years running now? And we still haven't had a television blackout in that time. Merchandise sales remain strong (AFAIK) as well. The team is profitable, despite being terrible.

They're not going anywhere.

I think Ross unlike Wayne will open up his wallet when it comes to players instead of Coaches. Maybe if we start spending our money on players instead of a bunch of old man who do nothing we will win. Also look at last year's draft. Ginn is looking like a bust, Beck is a bust and now Satele is not looking very serviceble. Mauia is out, Mormino is out, Wright is out and Booker was traded. The Dolphins need a couple drafts before they are good again.

i mean can you blame them for leaving town... go to the game support your team every other team sells out including cincinnati, the 49ers and they are terrible... our fan base is completely pathetic.

If they do, then I guess I got plenty of time to develop passion for a new team. I will not remain with the Dolphins if they move because it was 'Miami' that I cheered for being born and raised an hour away. A different host city would not be the same whatsoever. I hope they don't move the team and as long as they're the Miami Dolphins i'm a fan for life.

wow i dindt bother lookin at all those current busts b/c the fact that not 1 player from 98 to 03 is on the roster was still bugging me. now this, WOW THE DOLPHINS SUCK DICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is pathetic. ima go throw up lol

as long as they keep the dolphin name i can at least still say im a dolphin fan..im from jersey and the fan base is terrible and i get laughed at for it there just isnt that distinct home field when teams play there

maybe its time for the Catfish and his crew to assume supreme command for I will bring the doomsday offense with me . that is what I call my fantasy offense .

the dolphins lack two things .
A. we dont have the two genious of Madison and Mcmichael
B. we dont have a colorful wide receiver like T.O to enlighten the fanbase.

the Rams and chiefs are in for a bad year too. I get pissed at how many draft picks are not on a national radar.
for example you would think a #2 pick would be getting lots of attention but not our draft picks
THE solution is to fine everybody for the fiasco and give the money back to the fans .

It'll be empty this week....that much I know. :d-day:

I've gotta concede, I get wry satisfaction when Dolphin Stadium is empty and you can't hear a peep. It's comical when fans try to apologize for that dump.

The Orange Bowl was a pleasure regardless of the matchup. I remember going to college all star games and loving the atmosphere, all stretched out on a plank and glancing toward the ocean.

Currently it's like, do I want to lock myself in a closet for 4 hours, or attend a game at Dolphin Stadium? Not much difference in excitement level.

I can't believe how fortunate I am to be in my late 40s and to have witnessed the glory years of the early '70s, and experienced the Orange Bowl in its heyday. If I were inheriting this garbage as a young fan, I'd probably defect.
