Most of our oldest players already have their replacements being groomed. For QB, we have Henne waiting. DE, we have Merling to replace Holliday. Howver, this draft I think we need to get younger at DT, LB and the secondary.

This team is very young and very talented. Reaching the playoffs already with this little experience (especially on offense) says a lot about this team. I think we are in extremely good shape for a long time to come. Especially with another solid draft upcoming this year where we have a 1st and two 2nd's.

I agree man, I think we're pretty set for awhile as far as replacements on offense, I'm seeing a heavy defensive draft for us this year

also dont forget the guys that we have that have been inactive most of the year and practice squad that are being developed by the coaching staff, like murphy og, anderson wr, wright de, dotson de, moses olb, these guys are learning and make no mistake this regime sees something in them or they would be gone.
