Our version of a hurry up offense is just laughable. This one definitely falls on Sparano. It looks like weve never practiced doing it before. Everybody just walks around, theres no urgency. This has been bad the whole time Sparano has been here.

I cant remember if it was this bad before this regime but Sparano does a terrible job of preparing this team and developing players too.

But thats not even the thing he does the worst, his game and clock management is probably the worst thing about him. We always wastes timeouts in the 1st and 3rd quarters. We always get penalties for 12 men on the field. Tony is just in so way over his head its not even funny. He simply just "doesnt have any answers" and he will most likely say "the team did some things that he liked but theyre gonna need to fix things that need to be fixed". Sparano is just not HC material in the NFL. I dont even think hes line coach material at this point to be honest.

This team just looks unprepared and unmotivated in all aspects of the game.

Agreed. There is NO urgency in the hurry up. Miscommunication between the WRs/QB, bad throws, etc. They usually end in 3 and outs!

not to mention the fact that he has no ****ing balls on 4th and shorts... when will this goon learn we can't settle for field goals week in and week out. go for it once in awhile, you might be surprised.

i agree man, everytime its 4th and short i know im gonna see Fields or Carpenter come running out on the field, even if were on their side of the field too...instead of going for a 4th and 1 Sparano would send Carpenter out there to kick a 60 yarder down 2 touchdowns with less than 5 mins left in the 4th quarter

Same as always...I noticed they could not run a simple high school 2 min offense in 2009. Glad to see Tony is "Coaching them up"

loved that 2 yard pass to start that final drive

ha yea i know tell me about it...i was gonna mention that in my original post about how we need 3 plays to get a first down everytime. We need to drive down in a hurry up offense and theres one receiver running past the first down marker.

its pathetic and has been going on for years with henne ,thigpen, moore whoever else, its coaching, coaching, coaching.

if theres not a 10+ yard pass , throw it away , 2-5 yards get us nowhere, especially with the clock running and no TO's because of sparano wasting them. theres no hurry in the hurry up, ever. fasano was dicking around with the ball trying to hand it to the ref after a catch.what is that? get up and get to the line of scrimmage. ahhhhhhh frustrating
