"OVERALL ANALYSIS You're never as good as you look when you win, or as bad as you look when you lose, and that adage figures to be very much on display this Sunday. The Jets simply didn't come ready to play against the Chiefs, and following last week's embarrassment, there is simply no way that will happen again. As for the Dolphins, who won't sneak up on New York the way they did Denver, there are still too many holes in too many important places. The homestanding Jets have superior talent and will be better motivated to win this game following last week's debacle, resulting in a double-digit victory. I disagree.
You cant call scoring over 30 points a fluke on a pretty good Denver defense and Shutting down a top Offense isnt luck.Saban has got everyone focused and on the same page, so lets give the Fins more credit.
btw ,
Penny looked horrible against KC cuz he is having trouble learning the new system. I dont know how Chad is gonna bounce back with a bumb shoulder and an Offense he looks clueless in especially with Saban opening the Defensive playbook to keep Penny rattled. wich leaves us with K-Mart, guy will be lucky to over 50 total yrds. Worst thing the Jets did in the offseason was get rid of LamontJordan.

One thing that should be apparent if you watched the game last week, Vanilla is no longer a flavor in Miami..
 
Nobody has footage of Miami on how to defend against us. Every play will be a surprise until maybe game 4-5. The Jets will be out coached tomorrow.
Herm will try to defend against tendencies...however Miami really didn't show any in the Denver game...so unless the Jets' offense find a way to put up 14 really quickly, Miami is going to blow em out.

Gus will get 2 more TDs....this time Chambers steps it up.

so thats what that means, my football coach put "defense: very vanilla" on a scouting report and i thought it meant they were all white?? oh well now i got it:lol:

In a normal year I would have to agree that Herm would have the Jots ready for our predictable Wanny game play. GUESS WHAT, no Wanny! This has probably been one of the toughest games in Herms' career to try to prepare for. I read somewhere, sorry I don't have the thread, that Jason, Zack and the boys are really pumped because they haven't even opened the playbook yet. Man I can tell you this should be interesting, to say the least, because one game just doesn't provide enough tape to game plan against a coach like SABAN. If the play expands on both side of the line this will be a long day for the "girls in green".:evil:

are u kidding me? K mart is one of the best rushers still out there. u have to give him the respect that he deserevs, i know that we have greatly improved on our d line, but i dont think that he'll only have 50 yards.

last week KMART had 57 yrds 2.9 avg against KC's defense.......
you think the Chef's run D is better than ours??

No. Hes good though I look for something like 76 yds and a 3.6 avg.

by the way, i just joined. i found this site on monday and haven't been able to stay away, it's a great site. I've been so eager to see the fins/jets game all week. since the moment the denver game ended i've been waiting very impatiently.
