I am wondering now that osu has a olineman by the name of micheal booker if he is kin to marty booker or lorenzo booker ? is cleo lemon kin to ore lemon the linbacker at okie state. i am just wondering if there is a connection there ?
in other dolphin related matters do any of you remember a tight end named john chesly he played in 84-85 season .
now i know some of you cool cats thik oklahoma stat cant contribute to the dolphin dynasty but here is a name that should show you all that smaller schools have great players too.
larry little he played oline and de and was a 3 time award winner in the ole big 8 conference.

ronnie williams tight end played with the dolphins from 91 -98 I DIDNT KNOW UNTIL RECENTLY THAT LARRY LITTLE PLAYED FOR OKLA. STATE IN 1964- 68

HERE IS A COUPLE OF PLAYERS WHO CAN CONTRIBUTE IN 09'
TIGHT END Pascal Smith 6'4" 260 lbs 2 cathes for 44 yards but he was the #2 te in a three te set.

WIDE RECEIVER Adarious Bowman
SENIOR 6'4" 200 LBS 60 receptions 1181 yards with 12 touchdowns and a catch for 65 yards against kansas state.

so boys we have players from smaller schools that can help our team never under estimate a player from a conference outside the sec .

oops ( hey mods i wasnt sure which forum to put this so can you help put this in the college forum if that is where it goes. thanks)

I would hardly consider Oklahoma State a small school when it is in the Big 12. You really can't consider any Division 1 school as overlooked when David Carr, Alex Smith and Big Ben have all been high picks in recent years and they all went to much smaller schools than OK State.

jason taylor went to Akron, a "small"er football school and one that is much smaller than OSU

your right a i forgot about those guys coming from small schools.

Yeremiah Bell is from Eastern Kentucky also. But as many scouts and TV coverage there is these days I don't think much gets away.
