Ajayi -- Cut (What can he do well? He doesn't run with any vision. He can't hang on to the ball. He doesn't do anything on ST. After crying and carrying on about not being the starter, to the point of having to be left back week 1, he gets a shot in week 2 after Foster goes down and he soils himself.)

Foster -- Trade/Release (Useless. Old and injury prone. Need guys that want to be out there and have physical skills to survive playing RB every week. I'll roll with Drake and Pead.)

Maxwell -- Cut (Are you kidding me with that display today? Dude, GTF outta here. Total liability. Let Howard play more.)

Sims -- Needs to be starting over Cameron. Serious.

Minus maybe a handful of young guys, everyone on this team should be available for trade, including all veterans. Make us an offer.
 
I've like Sims since he has been here and think he should be given more passes his way.

Can't really disagree with your assessments.
 
I'll wait a few more games before overreacting. Last week Cut Cameron was the agenda, don't see too many complaints about him today. Team is going to need more time to work out the kinks to see where they are as a whole.
 
I just don't get it with Ajayi. Last year there were a lot of people thinking he could/should/would take Miller's job, and when he actually got on the field he showed some physicality and his vision wasn't too bad either. This year he just can't do a single darn thing right. Foster's outcome is laughably predictable. It's nice to have a veteran there every now and then but aside from veteran savvy (which resulted in a nice play last week) he physically doesn't have the skills to excel here.
 
Ajayi has been so disappointing. I thought he had an IT factor. Clearly I'm no expert. Lol. What a shame.

Ajayi is the type of back that will do ok with decent blocking. He's best when he can pick up a head of steam. When he's constantly being contacted in the backfield he's nothing special. As long as the run blocking struggles Ajay will struggle. As it improves, which I hope it does, Ajayi will improve.

No one will trade for Foster

How can Howard play more? He is a starting boundary CB?
 
We can scream and rant about removing players that aren't doing well, but who do we have to replace them with? Everyone that is still available has flaws.

Remove Maxwell: Are we going to replace him with??? Tony Lippett/?

Remove Foster/Ajayi: Bring back Daniel Thomas???

Sims over Cameron? Maybe. Perhaps give Sims and even the rookie more snaps. DO NOT TARGET CAMERON ON 3rd DOWNS!

Jelani Jenkins? He's an average LB. Had a bad day yesterday. No one on the roster is consistently better.

We are stuck with who we have. I'm still optimistic that we can win the next 4/5 games. We need to come out every game and drive the length of the field and score. If we can do that it will change entire game.

If Gase actually does something about players not playing hard, it doesn't have to be cut or trade. Doesn't have to be a season long replacement. All it needs to be is have someone sit 1Q. Let them know play to date isn't acceptable. Let them be embarrassed in front of teammates for being called out. If they're true professionals, that's all that's needed.
