TO will never be a Charger. The Bolts cut loose all of their cancer players 2 years ago. The Bolts are a great team right now with great chemistry, I don't think that they want to harm that right now.

TO would spoil the chargers good reputation i think, but no matter how big TO's mouth is, he will always be a great adition to any team

If TO is released I believe I heard that he is subject to waivers. Green Bay might give him a home if that's the case.
