is it going to help the dolphins or hurt the dolphins in a uncapped year seeing that we have 3 or 4 owners? or will it not matter at all

Theres a good chance if this CBA isn't figured out there will be no season next year.
Having an uncapped year is terrible for everyone.

well it would be bad for teams that dosent have plenty of money miami is one of the top 5 teams in the nfl that has the money that it wouldnt hurt us if we had a uncapped season a couple of other teams ahead of us is dallas and washington and im not sure who the others are but we are in the top 5 with plenty of money as in owners :woot:

I don't think it will matter at all. The uncapped year will not be all that great for teams that makes it to the divisional round or later in the playoffs in 2009. The "Top 8 Plan" would go into effect.
As described by Pat Kirwan. http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d808736ba&template=with-video&confirm=true
The rule will restrict the final eight teams in the playoffs from signing free agents. The final four teams shall not be permitted to negotiate and sign any unrestricted free agent to a player contract except for players who acquired their status by being cut or were on the final four team when their contract expired. Playoff teams five thru eight get a break to sign one player with a salary of $4,925,000 or more and any number of players with a first-year salary of no more than $3,275,000 and an annual increase of no more than 30 percent in the following years.
