Until Parcells and Ireland screw it all up they deserve our trust. They know way more than anyone on this site, and so far they have done pretty damn well for this team. If they passed on a player or sign a player I believe they have good reasons and know why. Until they start stinking up the place with bad Wanny like decisions they have my support.

Thats what I've been screaming. He is the greatest football mind and franchise builder in the CAPED NFL era.

Everyone things they know players. Let me tell you Parcells know if a player is worth what other teams are paying. If there was someone out there who would put is in the Super Bowl and fit our cap, we would get him. Parcells is NOT going to over pay (see Albert Haynesworth) and kill this team for one position. After all Haynesworth didnt put the Titans in the big game. It takes a team.

Thankyou. In Parcells I trust. I'm in no position to argue anything he does or anything he doesn't do for that matter.

I beleive alot of people get so excited about FA that they forget that the draft is where the future and foundation is built on a rebuilding team. Alot of people forget that we cleaned house and just started setting the foundation last year and it takes 2-3 years to get everything you need.

Look at all the FA busts out there? You know Dolphin great and team broadcaster says "Teams do not get rid of great players". Of course sometimes they do, but all in all I see more players not live up to their big checks once they get traded. I mean $40M for Bart Scott???? His best season was 2006 when he had 103 tackles. And by the way Crowder had 113 this year and cost us around $15-20M. I think they did the right thing.

THEY DONT DESERVE OUR TRUST!!

we pay there damned bills and salaries for gods sake.

the fans have been pushed back into the shadows in the whole eqasion so far,
its like the nfl is a buisness that just thrives on its own entity with money falling
into there hands from unknown places.

the unknown places are YOU AND ME! the ones who buy the hat, the season ticket, the stickers, the posters, the jerseys, etc....

the dolphins have been a MESS for YEARS now. they owe us, the ones who afford
them the lifestyle you and i can only dream about. i dont owe parcells or ireland a
damn thing! they wanted the job, they new the mess there was and it is up to them
to deliver something else!! they owe us the job they signed on to do.

i expect them to get the right players in here that can compete and actually help this team get back to its once proud and lofty staus they enjoyed for years in the
nfl.

i want to SEE IT!! i dont want to hear about it. i am sick of bargain pciks and f/a's
and boring, easily pushed around stiffs that always seem to be our m/o every year!

parcells has set himself up to bolt anytime now and probably will! so what i expect out of him is to finish the thing he said he was commited to do, to get the right
players in here and turn it around.

thats it! no free pass, no atta boy, we'll get 'em next year crap. the TIME IS NOW
and they OWE US to deliver!!!

I don't know why anyone could be mad. We signed our important players back and filled one of our biggest weaknesses with Gibril Wilson.

The less free agents we sign, the happier I am. The draft is the way to the future.

The Trifecta did the absolute best they could in FA. It would make no sense to pay $100M for a DT and bring in Brown like the Skins did. The Skins do that every year and they're the second biggest joke in the NFL.

I'm ok with what they've done so far but I wouldn't give them a pass. They've had a good number of bumbles with Wilford, and going overboard IMO on DE's last year. One thing is sure, when they set their mind to fixing a unit, weather it be ST or Secondary or OL, they get it done. Problem is you can't fix every unit in one year. At this point they've only been on the job about 1 yr. and they've fixed OL, QB, and Secondary. They've made good progress on fixing ST compared to what it was at the beginning of the year. I wouldn't give them an A+ in the personnel dept. probably a B.

I agree to a certain extent.

If they begin to show signs of wanny logic, grows out a pornstache, begins to buy hairspray in bulk and drafts a kick returners family #9 overall, then we should get worried.

Recall the name Calvin Pace? He worked out great for the Jets didn't he! And for how much money??

The dolphins are just being smart. They arent going to jump in and pay huge money when they could wait and get the same players for less. Their number 1 priority was to resign their own free agents which they have accomplished. I give the front office props for this offseason so far.
