I think that bodes well for us.

As questionable as some of Sparano's game time decisions have been, he is cut from the same cloth as Belicheck, Coughlin and Payton. He is meticulous and innovative, just like these championship coaches. As long as Henne develops to at least Eli Manning's level, I don't see why he couldn't lead this team to the promised land.

I love how BP gets credit for Sean payton even though Payton coached 6 years before BP got him for a few years and he was considered a hot assistant bfore BP got him. he also gets credit for Coughlin even though Coughlin coached for 4 years w/o him and only 3 years w/ him.

:thanks: Great comment!!!

yea but how many coaches right now are from the parcells tree? quite a few and someones gotta win 'em

This means, according to trends, that someone on the Dolphins staff under this regime will win a SB in the next 10 years. That's a good bet. I wonder what vegas odds are.

The coaches THEMSELVES credit BP for some of their success. They all rave about how much they learned under him.

I;'m sure they learn alot from him but BP gets all the credit when he had these guys a couple of years under him. It's just like when he picks players in dallas and they lose he doesn't get any blame but when they win it's b/c he picked them.
