The reams of information Parcells filters is so comprehensive that earlier this offseason Miami's football czar was thinking of this coming draft in terms of the 2010, rather than 2009 season. Parcells, you see, has already studied and understands which players become free agents after this coming season if a new collective bargaining agreement is reached.
And he already has a good idea which of those dozen players he's likely to re-sign and which he's likely to let go.

So he's making some picks this weekend based on that 2010 season that seems so distant to the rest of us.

gotta love how parcells thinks..its so awesome to have somebody in charge who knows what he's doing..the best thing that huizenga ever did was hire parcells..and even when parcells retires, we are in good hands with ireland and sparano..

This means at least 2 things, 1.- Parcells knows football, thing that we allready know. 2.- If he allready is taking care of 2010 draft that only means 2009 is allready done for him.
