Parcells ok with ross's glitz and glamour

Tell that to NY, Dallas and NE.

Different story, different results. He was a head coach, had to deal with press, etc etc....

Now hes an old man and hes running the show in SOUTH FLORIDA...unless he wants to retire from football all together, hes not going anywhere....

When the circus finds out that everything is just an illusion...it will be gone faster than it came.

While I wasn't there last night, you can tell from watching the game on TV that Ross has made a GOOD impact on this team. Like I said before what is wrong with him spicing up the game day experience as long as he doesn't touch the football side of things? Unlike during the Huizenga years, the logo and names were in the endzone during baseball season. There were fireworks before the game.

He must be doing something right because the ESPN announcers kept saying they never heard Miami fans being so loud. Do you think the change of atmosphere at the stadium could have made a difference?

Yup. I really believe it did. And I also heard them commenting on the stadium noise.. hearing "it's loud as heck here" more than once I believe

I was kind of against what Ross was doing here with the celebrities and all but watching last night proved me wrong. I haven't seen that place rockin' with excitement like that in years. If these moves creates that kind of environment in the stadium on game day I'm all for it.
