maybe everyone knows this.
The thing is, if Holmgren is getting $8-10 million a year as a VP of Football Operations, Parcells could EASILY get that from most any team in the league. Parcells, unlike Holmgren, is a proven commodity in the VP role and any team looking for a quick turnaround will likely target him. What's up with Holmgren getting 8-10 mil a year for that gig? Wow, talk about overpaying! Parcells is making "only" 4 mil per. Maybe we need to give Bill a raise! LOL!

I do think Parcells will return for a third year with the Dolphins, but I think it is going to take some sort of new deal from Ross to keep him here. Ross is probably going to have to up his 2010 salary from $4 million to at least $6-7 million.
