I'm told by someone in the know Bill Parcells knows exactly how he's going to use that No. 25 pick. He's got a certain player targeted, and is willing to move up for him if the Dolphins have to.

towards the end of the first blog...

I believe its for Peria Jerry, Maybe Raji but i hope not honestly, i think he dominates in practices but not as much in games, Maualuga makes complete sense and I think curve ball may be Maybin or DJ Moore.

Wow that was unexpected. I would personally keep our pick and mabey add some instead of lose some. But in Bill and Bienfest i trust. U cant question them

Not a fan of moving up to take a DT. To take Maualuga I think would would be a great pick, but not a fan of moving up for any DE/OLB hybrid type as the draft is fairly deep @ that position.

I like Peria Jerry, but I'm not too fond of the idea of having a 25-yr old rookie.

Moving up might just require that additional 2nd rounder people have been clamoring over - the pieces sort of fit that puzzle.

if we get Maualuga im telling u now, its going to be a cry fest for me. i love that guy and when we went 0 2 i said we have a shot at him.

he'd be a perfect fit in this defense and has what they like, TOUGHt, STRONG, PHYSICAL, and POWERFUL also can BLITZ and he has instincts to sniff plays out unlinke CROWDER.

hes hte next ray lewis look alike as far as style of play and personality. Id love him here.

id trade satele...get a 2nd, if we can, trade beck get a 5-6.

trade the 2nd and 5-6 to move up get him, draft a tweener at 44 , brown barwin etc, now u got ILB and OLB, and draft a NT somewehre along the lines down the draft.

to get low enough to draft Maualuga we definitely would have to get below Denver..

Denver could also take Raji. I think the Chargers would be the team to get Maualuga then, so we'd have to trade up in front of them.

Maualuga would be phenomenal.

Denver drafts in the number 12 spot. San Diego doesn't pick till the 16th spot.

I just have trouble connecting the dots to Rey Maualuga; especially when there's a decent chance he might just fall to us at 25.

Importance in the 3-4 is on the front 3 (which most say we're pretty set at the DE spots, but not NT) and the OLB's.

Taking Gil Brandt's little tidbit, I wouldn't be too surprised if Orakpo or Brown were being considered, and especially B.J. Raji.
