I take what he say on face value. Parker is allow to practice, I don't see one good reason not having him at least do some light practice.
X is practicing, Gesicke is practicing, Gaskin is practicing....so Parker doesn't need practice.....

The thing that makes me think he is actually hurt is the fact that coach says things like "were not gonna play scared or coach scared". So if he wasn't hurt, he'd be out there practicing or getting in some reps. I'm not saying he is injured, just makes me think he possibly could be otherwise he'd be out there

There's basically 2 weeks between last preseason and playing the cheats. That's oodles of time...
