Parking in the garage costs $1 per hour, but fans can apply all parking fees to their next purchase at the Dolphins' Pro Shop, located at team's training facility. Fans must bring a parking receipt to receive the discount at the Pro Shop

It is a Nova U thing, it sucks. The Pro Shop can only try and help. But you have to remember, the refund will only be on your next purchase. You have to come back later for this to work, with your paid parking receipt. It starts today because school just started, and the garage we were using is for the students.
This is the best the Dolphins could do, after fighting a loosing battle w/ the College.
