Pasquarleli on ricky's weight

He's not going to come into camp at 195. Maybe 210 but not 195. I can't believe he wrote a whole article based on just that. He should know a thing or two about gaining weight. :chuckle:

This is just another in a long line of one sided viewpoints. That 30 pounds, in the amount of time between now and the time RW suits up, is not that big a deal. Take into consideration that it's been a couple weeks since Williams said he weighed 195. In that amount of time, Ricky could easily have put on 5 pounds and it's not out of the realm of possibility that he may have already put on ten. Williams is naturally stout and 195 is probably about as low as Williams weight would go unless he went on a total starvation diet. With his thick legs and stocky upper body, it won't take long for Williams to put on his weight and be ready for camp. I will guarantee he will weigh somewhere between 220-225 when/if he shows up for camp.

It would be more worrisome if he weighed 265 pounds and had to LOSE 30 or 40.

Kind of off subject but what Kris Jenkins said about Warren Sapp is HILARIOUS.

I know! That was a little much. I have to give him credit though, if he can blab that much about Ricky needing to eat, he can blab about anything. At college, I have trouble cranking out a 500 word paper every week that's worth reading.

Yes it was. I love it!! And I agree with everything he said. Except for Sapp stinking. I wouldn't know. I've never smelled him.

yeah sapp has shut up recently since he has sucked so bad.

I think Dave Hyde bumped off ole Len and is now writing columns under his identity.

What a piece of crap.

He took two pages to say what everyone knows and can state in a sentence: Ricky needs to gain weight to perform again in the NFL.

Very disappointing, as I tend to like Pasquarelli's articles. Now reborn as Darth Hyde :vader:, his writing will be suspect to me for quite some time.

WHAT AN IDIOT!!!

First of all gaining the weight back has nothing to do with eating. It has to do with conditioning and weight training. That was just a weak excuse to use the "muchies" comment.
Secondly, Ricky said he was 195 what two weeks ago? So that was the end of May. Ricky will not see the field until October 16th. That is four and a half months. During that time he can easily add at lest 20-30 lbs of bulk and muscle.

This article is so off base and so obviously biased against Miami it looks more like a posting at BillsZone than a professional journalist for a major network.

Maybe Pasquarelli can give Ricky some tips on what he should eat to gain weight.

You beat me too it!

Doesn't Pasquarelli look like Don Vito?:goof:

Pasquebelly sure focuses alot on weight. Shouldn't he look at himself in the mirror and tell himself "Stop eating Lennie, stop eating until you've come out of that twinkie induced fantasy you live in". The guy just writes worthless article after worthless article. I doubt Ricky will have alot less problems gaining 25 pounds than Pasquebelly would have losing the same amount. Ricky is an athlete, and there's this thing called muscle memory, if Ricky starts working out today and goes on a strict diet, I could easily see him back at his regular playing weight by the time he 5th game of the season comes arround. I'm also interested to see how much help all the Yoga Ricky has been doing will be, it will definately make hime much more flexible and mobile... maybe adding some elusiveness to that crushing power he used to have. Either way another worthless article by an even more worthless writer. :yell: :fire:
