This isn't GREEN BAY. Get your attitude and mind right. ADAPT. That's what great coaches do. Know your players and understand the situation. These are men from ages 21-30 in MIAMI.

Talk to Urban Myer. He didn't have any problem tearing it up here in Florida.

I just tried to give it to Philbin. he called three timeouts and gave it back.

Truth is the new generation will not adhere to the old school clean cut NFL in Miami anymore. This is MIAMI. Big market. Bright lights. The Nation is interested. The young millionaires are paying attention.

Mark Cuban celebrated his DALLAS Mavericks championship in MIAMI.. I have lived in LA since 1989. I understand big market and primetime. If the Lakers had a coach admit to being "quesy" u better ****ing believe his ass would be gone. The fact that Ross kept him despite that is supremely disappointing but that's a whole other story.

Philbin needs to see the light the way Caughlin did in NY. I want nothing more than my phins to succeed and win a SB. I just don't see it in the cards for Philbin. He just can't relate to South Beach. It doesn't mena I think he's a bad guy or not a smart mind. It's just not the right fit. I have always been critical of Philbin and always portrayed him as the weak link in the chain. It was never malicious. It was always football first.

Put him in a place like Browns or Tennesseee and he might actually make the playoffs. No pressure on him.

I guess we'll see how things play out in Philly too since Chip Kelly is doing the same thing. Getting rid of players with attitudes. Philbin has gotten rid of some OK players...no one that would have helped us long run IMO. Chip Kelly has gotten rid of superstars in Desean Jackson and LeSean McCoy.

Chip Kelly has also had 2 out of 2 winning seasons, 1 division championship in 2 years, and a 20-12 overall record.
