Pat White leads fourth quarter comeback

That doesn't stop us from praising our own players like Jonas Gray when he does the same thing. I personally hated taking White in the second round, one of the worst picks in history of the NFL in my opinion as executed by our gm and his boss. That being said u don't draft a guy as raw as this in second round then give up that fast two mistakes made by the men in charge of us. I wish him well but He is still quite raw and will never be a good nfl starter

Give up on him?

Dude. Please. He's not "Raw". He "Sucks". He's not NFL caliber, and never was.

u dont invest a second round pick and give up on him tgat fast.

i agree he should have been a practice squad guy. never should have been drafted above 5th round but jeff ireland and bill parcells thought they had drafted the ultimate wildcat weapon. i turned off draft after that pick was quite angry. i think this pick emphasizes what went wrong in miami. ireland and parcells got too ****y off the 2008 season and for some stupid reason thought the wildcat was the ticket to success

A bad player is a bad player. No reason to throw good money after bad.

Pat White has had overall a very respectable preseason. I don't think it's enough to earn him a roster spot on a team that already had 3 QB's worth keeping in a league that frequently keeps two, but for a talented player whose career ended so negatively and so quickly, I'm really glad to see him have a chance to shine on the NFL field, even a preseason one, in some capacity.

It always bothered me how quickly his career ended.

Pat White > TimTebow?

I wouldn't say that, considering the second to last start Tebow made he connected on a game winning TD pass in OT to seal an upset victory in the playoffs while Pat White never even completed a pass in an actual NFL game.
