I saw on Rotoworld that Patrick Turner is probably going to sit out all year barring injuries. Is he that bad? They also mention that he will eventually be a starter but Hartline is in the starting rotation NOW. Will he EVER see the field?

My guess is that Ginn will slide back into the combo role of kickoff returner and complementary WR/deep threat, where he belongs. No real interest seeing him return punts, though. And that will open up more reps for other WR's, Turner included. I want to see what he can do.

Well, that's conjecture on their part.....BUT, it's sort of hard to move up on the depth chart at this point.

It's early in his career, but I am concerned about Turner. Can this FO evaluate receivers? Hartline is ok, but they definitely whiffed on Wilford and Turner is supposed to fill a similar role.

I've been wondering the same, during training camp wasnt he an absolute monster? Did he plateau or am i just recalling the wrong player?

Turner is just too slow and he doesn't catch the ball that well. I was not impressed with him in the preseason and obviously the coaching staff was not either.

Every player gets hyped up during Training Camp. I remember how Daunte Culpepper was looking better than ever during training camp too. Don't believe any reports coming out of TC.

He was a beast in all USC's practices, but has trouble bringing it in real games. He had a great camp, but I wonder if that's the reason he hasn't seen any PT.
