Patriots vs. Chiefs...Help for Miami?

Here come the Pats. I never bury them until the gun sounds. There the kind if team where suddenly everything starts going right for them. Ref calls, other team melts down, inside kicks, turnovers, ball bouncing the right way. I've seen it all.

I'm kinda shocked at this thread. After last week people were certain Miami would win 5 games and Philbin/Tannehill were done. Now the division is up for grabs.

Here's my opinion on what we're seeing from the Patriots: Tom Brady might be declining some with age, but the big issue is, he's always sucked when he's pressured. Always.

For about fifteen years, fans and announcers alike have watched the Patriots' passing game and made comments like "Brady could have just ordered and eaten a five course meal back there" as he pats the ball about sixty times in the pocket. You give him time, he's as good as anybody who has ever played the game. You pressure him up the middle, and Dolphins fans of all people should know this, he can struggle so badly that he starts having a tantrum on the sidelines. Sometimes he even gets benched (it's happened against us, folks).

This is what happens when you start losing OL talent, and your OL coach retires, and you trade your all-pro guard on the eve of the season for a third string tight end from a bad team.

Well the Pats were also expecting big things from Aaron Dobson and Kimbrell Thompkins and again have yet to live up to those expectations.

In the past they could use Gronk and Hernandez to mask those receiver issues but one is in jail and due to constant injuries the other may never be the same threat he was.

and to think, if AP wouldn't have been sidelined the day before the Vikes played the Pats, they could possibly have been sitting at 1-3 after this game...

Jets are in a possible death spiral right now, Bills already won their Super Bowl and are still the Bills, and the Patriots can't protect Tom Brady. If the Dolphins can get in sync and start playing good ball, I absolutely love our chances to win it.

I know the Patriots often start off slow, but when you look at this Patriots team, does anyone honestly think this is the same team? Even when they've struggled at the start of the season, I can't recall ever seeing them look this pedestrian.

While last week was frustrating and brought up questions it was premature to write us off. At the same time unless Philbin can get consistency out of the team you can't exactly count us in either.

After listening to the Brady Quinn interview today I'm willing to give Tanny the benefit of the doubt on learning a new system. I just don't know if it's that or the mechanics (he is going from WR to QB) so I think its a wait and see. I hope it's just learning a new system.

Some has been him making poor reads, some is inaccuracies, some is the receivers dropping passes.

It is up for grabs no? Not saying Dolphins are going to win it but who is the best team at this moment? Coin flip no?
