Just wanted to make a thread for the AFC rival team.

Boy is that running game dangerous. Laurence Maroney exploded on that 3rd and 18 draw play. And that should have been a touchdown, if Deion Branch wasn't still holding out. Ball was on the money but the noob dropped it.

John Abraham as good as always, the Jets will miss him. lol..
 
Maroney does look scary! Glad to see the OL making holes. Dillon looked sharp also.

Not saying the dred locks has anything to do with it, but he reminds me alot of Ricky Williams, which scares me the most. This kid runs with alot of power. Remember, he averaged 6.0 yards per carry in college. Probably the best power running back in the draft, should have been a Top 15 pick (away from the Patriots lol).
 
yea i was high on marooney in college and knowing hes a pat along with cad jackson.thats a scary future ahead for us
 
this has been a good game...23-23 Falcons to kick for the win with 4 seconds left....40 yarder....Falcons win.

That game was great.I'm mad New England got Laurence Mauroney*sp?He is a beast.
 
Offense looked good. Maroney was awesome. Dillon was great. Caldwell should have got it but I'll cut him slack its pre season. Cassel looked good in the second half. Best pre season game so far.

Pass from Cassel, not a good pass, not Caldwell's fault. Drop in the end zone bad but he has plenty of time to redeem himself from a PRE-SEASON drop. The reports and camp and all I'm not ready to start getting down on him already. :rolleyes2
 
Maroney looked good, but we'll see what happens when it's not the preseason. Dillion really impressed me. Maroney has had a full training camp and you can tell. Pats are going to have top 10 offense this year IMO, it's all up to their D IMO. It could be good or it could play like last year (31st against the pass I believe) even then 10-6 or 11-5 is pretty logical.
