Gotta love an old fashion butt whoopin.

Brady 15-20, 149 yards.

Cassel 14-20, 192 yards, 2 TD's.

Leinart 4 for 11 for 45 yards.

DANG, Leinart's backup looked 15x better than him. :lol:
 
Ive been saying a while Leinart will be a huge bust in the NFL.

Now obviously one game where he hasnt even had much time to learn the playbook doesnt make him a bust yet and Im not going to say that at all, but IMO he wont cut it in the NFL
 
On Patriots 5th Quarter Belichick was asked what he thought of Leinart following the game. And he said...

"I like the QB we got from USC".

As much as I hate your team I hate Leinart equally or more, and since this is preseason and the scores and wins dont matter anyway Im glad he laid an egg :D

Nothing better than Leinart getting owned :lol:
 
We let him go, so all's fair....but there's something about this picture that just hurts me a little inside..

You're completely ignoring Leinart's rushing yardage (2 for 29, 14.5 avg). He chose the perfect times to run for it. I'm not necessarily a fan of his but I was pretty impressed by his performance tonight all things considered.

2 runs when there was no one near him because the Patriots brought just about everyone on the blitz. Cassel also had some good scrambles when their were actually people near him for first downs.

How funny you didnt mention all the drops his recievers had. Lienart did good given the fact he only been in camp for about 2 mins.

Yes, because a couple of practices will prepare him to face the Patriots in New England.

Your guy Vince did'nt look too **** hot in his debut...

You have your opinion, I have mine. I think Leinart will be just fine in the NFL.

Ok ok Leinart was decent...

However if Boldin and Fitzgerald cant do well against the Patriots secondary they are in for trouble. I dont know how it feels for two of the NFL's elite recievers to be mostly quieted by too CB's under 5'9". Well...besides that Fitzgerald reception over the middle...:boohoo:

he was 1/4 but his WR dropped a 50+ yard pass that was perfect, so he could have been 2/4 with a TD and some nice runs, and this week was 11 of 19 for 125 yards, no TD's and no INT's and a 13 yard TD run, sounds like he is picking up right where he left off in college but this isnt about Vince really so why am I talking about him :confused:

Like I said one game isnt enough to say he is a bust yet, just my opinion of whats to come
