How about 7 away games and one "neutral site" game where neither team has the home field advantage. Not really a big deal either way (IMO), but I believe this is what the OP was getting at.Still technically 8 away games no matter how you put it.
I think he meant the pats don't have to play eight games in a hostile enviroment.

Let's see, 2007 in London the AFC team(MIA) is the home team, meaning we lose a real home game. In 2008 the NFC team(NO) is the home team. Next year the Bucs an NFC team loses a home game... Are we missing something here?
