lets start by saying **** ricky. and lets talking about his horrible hands (rivaling wilson's)

the main thing thats gets me so angry with him is that he blatantly does not give a **** about anything besides getting the game over with. sure i appreciate the yards he put up, but combine with having the worst hands of any rb in the league and not being able to hang on to the ball when he does have it makes him so frustrating to watch. i just feel like he goes around 60- 70% on like 1/5 carries thought the game. passion and willingness to win are essential in football and to me it looks like he just simply does not care. you think he was angry when lex took the bulk of the carries after the 1st half ? i don't.

bash me for my "foolish post" tell me a im not a real fan i don't really care this is my honest opinion of ricky.

btw, not blaming this loss on him by any means, our entire team was complete trash today, we have ZERO business getting into the playoffs.

Agreed, tired of defending him. **** him, pay him off as he clearly doesn't give a **** out there. Every week he's finding ways to lose the ball with his clear lack of care or focus.

Dude, when Ricky quit football a few years ago he couldn't even lift his arms above his head. How can you throw a ball 8 feet in the air on a flat route along the LoS to a running back who is 32 years old and expect him to jump up and grab it and not get creamed for a loss of yardage.

That's just stupid.

I dont know why Ricky aslways gets a pass (considering how many times he f'd over this organization) but he needs to be held accountable as well. His play has dropped off considerably the last 4 weeks and he's made a ton of mistakes (fumbles, dropped passes). If he is back next year, he HAS to be primarily Ronnie's backup or whoever we get to replace Ronnie. Ricky can no longer carry the load for a team. He is a nice player to still have but its pretty evident that he looks worn out.

Seriously, Hilliard is the back that can effectively catch it out of the backfield.

9 catches, 74 yards, 1 TD.

if i remember right, he got injured and later on in the game he came back out there and caught a nice pass and went back to the sidelines. Come on guys, the loss hurts but if we hadn't of dug ourselves in a hole in the first half we win this game.

Uh, that's exactly why Ricky is the backup. He's doing damn well for an old man (by NFL RB standards). The fumbles are unfortunate, but what are we gonna do, use Ricky's foot as spare parts for Ronnie's body?

Be glad that you have Ricky for another year. Hope Ronnie Brown can stay healty next year, hope Hilliard can develop into a decent player.

this is not recreational pool volleyball, just because he is old does not give him an excuse. its a business

I can agree that Ricky has never had great hands, it was known when he came out of college that he was not know for being good at catching balls out of the backfield. But, when Henne is throwing passes even Haynos would have to jump for how can you expect Ricky to come down with them???

Is Ricky a WR? No. Hes a Running Back. Henne needed to take some off the throw.

And not to mention I am sure he is wearing down very fast. At his age he can not be running to ball like he use to. Its a shame that the FO is not using Hilliard more.

i posted something stupid and took it off it was me apologizing for the comment i made to you guys because i misinterpreted someones post.

I have always liked Ricky, but since Ronnie got hurt his attitude has changed. I have noticed it. He is also making HUGE mistakes and does appear to have a smug look on the side line when he makes the mistake. I think he was happy with his little 12-15 runs a game with a healthy Ronnie, not so much anymore. There is no doubt in my mind football is definitely not on his top 10 list of importance.
