I don't care if it was against the 4's, 3's, 2's or whatever.... a running back is a running back.

Pead can run. He's not the fastest kid, but he looked better than all our other backs out there.

It will be interesting to see if he sticks.

Grant looked excellent on the long screen play. He also caught another few balls and looked like a pro - he ran good routes.

Our young corners played well in man-to-man....but of course, Beckham and the starters were not on the field.

Opinions?
 
Kiko looked awful against 2nd stringers. This is a huge problem
 
I agree with all your points.
The biggest thing I came away with was how poor the starting oline was.
Dallas Thomas needs to cut immediately.
 
Havent watched the game yet, how did kiko play?

I didn't catch any Kiko plays. I caught the stream about midway through the 1st quarter....but I heard he looked pretty bad.

That is scary, I was really excited about Kiko. I heard that he looked thin/light in the a$$ out there.

Can somebody in Miami get this guy some beans and rice down there? Geesh....

Yeah, I also heard Dallas Thomas was awful....if they don't get this guy off the field after 2 years of bad tape plus this pre-season tape, I don't know what's going to happen.

He must have evidence of Ross running a prostitution business.
 
Big picture wise, the team looked more aggressive and well coached. The players looked like they were having fun. Philbin's team would have packed it in after the first Q but the Dolphins scored 24 unanswered points after falling behind 10-0. These same young players were getting destroyed in the last Preseason. I'm not sure if the team will be good, but they gave a good vibe in this game. We just need to see the starting offense behind Tunsil and Bushrod at guard.
 
Another over reaction.
He played 1 series in the game and didn't control a tackle near the goal line.
Therefore he's horrible.
Give me a break.

I like what I saw from Pead and would love him to beat out Willisms like I said in game thread. We need to see more though.
 
Sloppy 1st half. I wonder whether the long rain delay was a factor.
 
Pead looked ok, but he used a spin move constantly tonight against third stringers that will get him crushed when real defenses are out there.

I've got no great love for Williams but I've seen him pull fancier moves in real games, like that nice catch and run against the Bills on TNF two years ago.
