Peerless Price to visit us tomorrow

i dont want him. we need to concentrate on other positions more than WR.
same thing I said about the D-line,enough depth here....we dont need Price, for gods sake we probably already have a "Price"(Boston)

San Diego would be an interesting destination for him. McCardell/Price with Tomlinson and Gates could be very, very nice.

That would be interesting, plus Reche Caldwell is returning from injury. That would make two good receivers they picked up in the after market.

why would he even be visiting us? i wonder if someone is hurt and saban is not telling us? i hope not, maybe we sign him and cut/trade booker? who knows?

Well, until Simon agreed with the Colts tonight cutting Booker (b/c no cap hit) & signing both Price & Simon sounded like a damn good idea.

I'm curious as to why Saban's considering WR's at this point unless Booker or Boston isn't cutting it for him.

PP put up huge numbers when he had a legitimate number 1 wr taking the pressure off of him. I think CC is the type of reciever that would draw the double team and take the pressure off peerless. I think he would be a better #2 then Booker in the right situation and Lineheans offense is the right situation.

Alright hear me out on this, it makes quite a bit of sense. I really do understand why 15 teams would be interested in Peerless Price. And I do understand that the reason that we are one of those 15 teams is because we are interested in him. Now, here's the tricky part... I really am not sure why we would be interested in him with the WR Corps we have which I feel is above average. I mean I must admit that I am pretty excited that he's visiting us tomorrow and I have ecstatic about all of these players that have wanted to come and play in Miami, but I really doubt that we'll get Price. If we do... would make our WR Corps even THAT MUCH better and I'm not even sure where he would be on the Depth Chart. I'm guessing #4 behind Boston which would mean Gilmore and Thompson would most likely be released and Welker would be the 5th WR and we could use that money to sign Price. Definitely an intriguing idea, I just don't like the odds of us getting him. My guess is he'll end up with Phily or Seattle.

No Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems like everyone is so reluctant to sign him. If he signed with us he would be the #4 WR. He averaged 710 yards a season with Atlanta as the #1 WR. If we could possibly sign him to a one year deal, and he could be behind boston we would have four wide receivers that would be literally impossible to cover.

I liked what Peerless did in his last season in Buffalo. He was totally wrong for a Vick-style offense though. I'd rather have Boston over him right now, so he'd be fighting for the 4th spot.

A little confused why we have brought him in unless we deal a receiver or something
