To me this is a perfect description of the Fins offseason so far, It's hard to argue with it Hopefully seeing there is still a lot of time before the season this can change.

Dolphins' spotlight shines on flawed offseason moves

Here baseball hasn't even started, and already the Dolphins are the laughingstock of football.

First, of course, we all realize Miami is only an extension of the vast flood plain for the roaring cataract that is the National Football League. Everything but the Dolphins is second place around here. They're kings, and this whole end of the peninsula is their land. Never mind the Marlins pulling off one of the great strokes of baseball history. You can't get a Marlins word in on any radio show.

UM football? Heat? Panthers? You jest. At least, you thought you jested until the Dolphins' circus set up shop.

In truth, we have not seen anything quite like this from one of the NFL's class franchises for four decades.

Who's what? And where does one start?

yeah ed pope, that specimen of pure positive insight. The Sky is falling! The sky is Falling! I love all this. the whole world thinks were a bunch of premedonas, yet we go 10-6 and the detroit lions have a high draft pick again. go figure. The Bills are great yet they go 6-10. again. cmon, people. things are really not that bad. Are we going to the super bowl? probably not. but neither are 31 other teams.

One explanation could be that players dont want to play for teams with fans who leave seats empty and have no energy to get up off their butts and be a part of the game.
