I find it very hard to believe that there isn't some type of vengeful passion burning inside of him. As there would be with perhaps any normal person who loses a job. Pennington of course lost his job due to his health problems rather than his actual performance, and i certainly could see him feeling like he did nothing wrong to merit being released. I think he definitely wants revenge, and definitely wants to beat the Jets and ruin King Favre's debut.
