It seems that our good friend Chad Pennington may have seen his last game as a Jet.

Obviously, this has several ramifications. Firstly, this greatly increases the chance that the Jets will draft a quarterback. Secondly, it adds another Free Agent/Available Veteran on the market. Although injury-prone and having questionable arm strength, there is no denying that Pennington has the skills to be an effective QB in the correct system.

So, 2 questions:

1. Do you think the Dolphins would take a chance on him?
2. Do you think any other teams that would be looking to obtain a Culpepper or Brees would take a chance on him, thus reducing our competition for an upgrade at the position?

No to Pennington, to fragile, and I don't think he will have the arm strength after this last surgery.

I hate his smirk...and I don't like him as a player but I could see him playing for us..

I hate him, I wouldn't want him in Miami. His arm is gonna have no power after this lastest surgery. has he ever even finished a full season??

I would rather go after Brees or draft Croyle, Jacobs, etc.
