Pennington to be on ESPN2 First Take

On the ESPN website it has Pennington as the Second interview for today's show. not sure if he's been on yet or not since i'm at work and can not watch.
 
damn, too bad i'm at work. Any chance you can tell us what he says? Just a brief summary will do. Thanks.

Did he say anything interesting or post worthy?

I mean, it was nothing major or anything like that. They talked about the Henne situation, Chad knows he's on a two year contract and with the drafting of Henne he knew what the situation was going in. Talked about a possible backup role, and pretty much said: "It's something I haven't thought about, when the time comes I'll weigh that option, but I'm a competitor and I love being out on that field leading my team." You know, fairly standard answers like that. Talked about wanting to stay healthy for another season, and talked about the Wildcat and the possibility of any new wrinkles.

Like I said, nothing major, or newsworthy. Just a standard interview.

Thanks man! Sounds great if he is serious about staying in the backup role in the future, and not just saying what he "should" say ya know? He is definitely a stand up guy!
 
I wish that guy could miraculously develop an 60 yard throw.

T.O. is almost always in the news. The fins haven't done anything news worthy since beating the jets.

Which do you think is more appealing to Advertisers?
