Penny as a car driver:
Penny as a car driver carefully looks both ways before pulling out into traffic, where most people would pull out, he needs twice the distance because his car doesn't have much horse power. If the distance to drive is great, he will check down to side streets that may take longer to get to his destination, but is a lot safer to navigate. The only problem is with all this stopping and going, the chances of making a wrong turn and heading in the opposite direction increase. In cases where the distance is very long and short on time, he will audible to a taxi or bus.
