I am sorry for you all Pennington lovers but here's what I say you:

The best of the Dolphins offense came with Pennington on the sidelines, when the ball was in the ends of R Brown

Now move on: take for example this drive in the third qtr. Ball near the endzone, and Penny cant see the open receiver and fails to send the ball to the rb

Do you not see the LB directly in front of Ginn for God's sake? If Penny throws that, it's a sure pick.

That's what gets me when some people say that we have open recievers running wild and Penny can't hit them. This is a perfect example of why I don't believe this when I hear it.

In this play Pennington sent an incomplete pass to RB, that was very well covered by a LB.

Does it really matter? Henne is not getting in, so whine and ***** all you want but Penny played well and unless we trade for a game breaker we are going to be doing this all season long.

Do you not see the 15 yards of open field before the LB? it's called leading the reciever....then again with the lack of zip, maybe the LB will get it.

you are dead wrong. In this pic it appears that way but the receiver was comming across the field and the lb was not in the zone the reciever would still be in. This was a miss by penny. He got rattled in the pocket like he occasionally does and cost us big points in this game. I like Penny, i like how you post, and dont like how ppl tell u to get off his nuts...but get off his nuts. he missed this one.

UH Pennington can't put any zip on the ball by the time the ball gets there the defender would have closed in and intercepted it.

But what are you saying? There will always be a line of linebackers up there... is he the only one that cannot send the ball over them?

What was the result of this play? It appears that the receiver is on the opposite of where Pennington is looking. It also appears that the linebacker is in a good position to break on the ball if the pass is not thrown with a lot of velocity.

This post proves nothing. To get the ball to the reciever without the obvious linebacker making the pick, he would have had to lay it up there, opening up the reciever to the big hit and possible fumble. The defense is obviously in zone coverage, and the back playing behind the ref in the picture would have had that ball in a half a second. Lets face it, there are only two or three quarterbacks in the league who can make that throw, and Henne is not one of them.

I think Bess is the one circled and Ginn is the one Pennington is looking in the direction of.

I disagree completely. There is a ton of open space beyond the linebackers that Penny could throw the ball. There is definitely a lane that he could throw through without worrying about an interception.

Where are pictures of Ginn dropping two touchdown passes? Oh thats right this is another Henne thread.

Ahahahah really... seeing how you try to defend Penny are wonderful.

I am sorry guys but there's a big hole in the middle of the field just in front of our WR
if you cant pass the ball here... LOL
