And there are people praising us for the pick to so remember it's all opinion.

Dude has NO IDEA what he's talking about. Tannehill is not going to be "thrown into action immediately". And as for Miami "wiffing" on Matt Flynn, had the Dolphins REALLY wanted Matt Flynn, they could have had him.

Saying how he'll be thrown into the fire immediately shows how clueless the person that wrote the article is. He's gonna sit just like Henne did.

Exactly and thank you.

When are people going to stop believing and posting every single piece of garbage out there!

People have opinions. Right now there are probably over 1000 articles talking about each and every pick of the draft. Whether it was Tannehill, Coples, Floyd, etc - somebody won't like it. All we can do is see how it plays out.

WHO CARES....Did i want him at 8? no. However its got to the point where we need to take shots on these qbs until we hit. U rather have another safe pick in a lineman? We have gotten nowhere with long, if you hit on the qb the sky is the limit. Lets see what the kid can do, give him time to develop and if another qb is there next year you take him also. Man I wish we were run like the pats, they know exactly how to do the draft.

The problem here is this offseason there wasn't too many QBs to choose from. Other than RGIII and Andrew Luck, there wasn't anything else to choose from really, so we got stuck reaching for Tannehill @ #8.

The ideal selection for us this year would have been RGIII, but we would have needed to give up a crap load of picks for him. Andrew Luck wasn't even considered as being available.

The problem with this theory is that we drafted a guy who isnt even ready to play....therefore, we won't know if we need to draft another QB until 2015 and may end up missing on a good QB in next 2 years drafts.

Don't really care what people are saying now. I thought before the draft that Tannehill looks like he has the tools to be a great NFL QB, even if he still needs development. We had unfair, inside info on the kid, and we took him. That's enough for me to be very optimistic.

Who cares? It's just some guy's opinion.

Somebody cares otherwise why would all these web sites feel they need to have their writers voice their opinions on the draft? I certainly could give a **** what anyone says good or bad b/c they have no clue what will happen.

When a writer is completely wrong though (saying Tannehill won't have time to develop), you'd have to wonder how it's fair for someone to write that when they're oblivious to reality.
