Seems odd, don't see Burnett sliding out.

Thoughts?

well if we switch to a 4-3, I suspect Misi would be MLB with Dansby and Burnett at OLB. Is that what is being said, or are they talking us staying in a 3-4?

meanwhile, if we go to a 4-3, Dansby is the only ILB on the field. if wake kicks down to DE, we have zero 4-3 OLB's on the roster (considering Burnett and Misi as ILB's). who is going to play the weak and strong OLB positions? i'm guessing Burnett would man one of them (but which one?).

Dansby was the SOLB in Arizona. He moved inside when he came to Miami.

i know he can play OLB, but i like his athleticism at MLB for us. i think they were talking about using him as our MLB if we went 4-3.

Misi reminds me of a classic MLB in his size, speed, shape, and talent. Physically he looks like a Seau though I'm not saying he has that talent. However, I think he might have a better chance to succeed in the middle than on the edge.

Inside linebackers in a 3-4 tend to make an easy transition to ANY 4-3 linebacker spot. Burnett and Dansby would be just fine at outside linebacker.

Consider this, Koa Misi moving inside might just be a smoke screen to really go after Luke Keuchly in the draft. Dolphins and GM Jeff Ireland always put out bad information, or leak miss information before the draft. They never want people to know exactly what they are after in the draft. I would love to land this guy Luke Keuchly. I know Luke Keuchly went to high school in Cincinnati and our new DC might have heard of him from his time with the Bengels. (Not sure how long he worked for the Bengels though?)
