Dolphins K Caleb Sturgis may be in danger of losing his job to futures signee Zach Hocker.

Taken in the fifth round of the 2013 draft during the final year of the Jeff Ireland regime, Sturgis has missed 16 of his 71 field goal attempts through two seasons. He's no better than a league-average kicker. Hocker was drafted in the seventh round by the Redskins last year and costs less money.

I don't care how old, when drafted, or any of that mess, I need a kicker who makes kicks. Sturgis is only just good enough at that most important part. If Miami can find someone who does it better, sign that guy.
