Up until now, Jones had been skipping the entire offseason program, including the first day of mandatory minicamp on Tuesday. It resulted in a fine, but owner Stephen Ross got into the mix, and Jones has now decided to show.

There's no harm in guaranteeing 8 to 12M of his future salary as long as that's all it is. He is not going anywhere
 
glad he is back, but he had no leverage anyway...those fines start adding up quick...I wonder if they will enforce the first 12,000$ fine for missing yesterday...but who cares im glad he is back
 
I suppose this conversely means we won't be seeing Welker at practice anymore.
 
This can't be true. Omar said he was going to holdout for the year.
