Basically, the NFL and NFLPA are discussing extensions to the labor agreement. They apparently see eye to eye, and Upshaw, the NFLPA director, actually agrees that they have to extend the deal before the 2007 season before the salary cap is no more. Its nice when the head of the players union is actually looking out in the best interests of the sport, and knows that if there is no salary cap "it's over".
