Just a few years ago the recipe would start with "Check the cupboard beneath your kitchen sink for..."
 
Here's a quick one.

Take 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cubed them. Sauté one chopped onion and 5-6 cloves of chopped garlic in a large saucepan. Add in the chicken cubes and cook for abut 20 minutes over low-to-medium heat. After the chicken has turned white, add one pureéd 13 oz. can of La Morena Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce and one quart of either light cream or heavy cream. Cook the entire mixture over low-to-medium heat for about 40 minutes, stirring occassionally. Serve over either cooked rice or thick-cut pasta. Serves about four (or one, if no one's looking!)
