IMO, a rational opinion on the situation.

Stop making the quarterback the scapegoat for the Dolphins’ problems. Please.

Tackling, special teams, run defense and pass protection, in no particular order, are bigger problems than Tannehill right now. And dropped passes are quickly rising on that list.

Tannehill might have been the No. 5 reason the Dolphins were smoked by the Chiefs, 34-15, on Sunday.

Run defense was a bigger problem. So were dropped passes, poor tackling and poor coaching decisions.

It's foolish to think QB play is the lone problem. It starts with poor coaching, scheming, tackling, special teams, dumb penalties. Every aspect is broken and putting it on Tannehill alone is ridiculous. Problem is that he's the face of the franchise so he gets the brunt of the criticism.

This in no way excuses what we are seeing from him right now though. But quite frankly Lazor is not setting him up for success either.

Philbins mishandling of this situation is why he'll probably be fired mid season. Definitely at the end of the year. He's got zero chance of coaching this team next year

So how is that any different from my "biased" views on Tannehill?

He is a lot higher than #5, the score was 21-15 going into the 4th don't forget with the D accounting for 9 of those points....My top 5 problems are 1. RT, 2. tackling, 3. special team coverage unit 4. coaching 5. WR

I'm not getting into a long winded ridiculous debate over an observation I made. Get over it.

Okay, so you just made it up. That's an observation that I just made, and I'd rather not debate it.

The Dolphins are a mess. I think this is Perkins' synopsis.

I concur... Tannehill, we can all agree has regressed and he is part of the problem but not the # 1 problem. Obviously we have a better running game this year and O-line looks better than last year. I think the problem starts with coaches, game planning, game preparation, NO sense of urgency from a coach who has to make the playoffs or will get fired.

Haha, you said zero chance! Don't you know who we are? We keep all the scrubs andet all the talent go. Ie. Reggie bush

So THAT'S what Hartline was doing! Putting it on Tannehill.

Dolphins have problems all over the field, QB is one of them. Tannehill has been bad, but he isn't the only one. Joe Mcknight and Kniles Davis torched our defense for almost 200 yards.
