Permission to edit thread/post

I would like to edit the my thread "The Coming American Dictatorship" in the Political thread. I posted the article late last night and forgot to cut the article and link it.

Does it not let you edit it yourself? Should be a button that says edit so you can do it.

No the Mods wouldnt let me edit it for some reason. An error kept popping up. Know the facts of the situtation before you comment
