From what I've heard antibodies may last a couple of months. For those without symptoms, antibodies may go away quicker.
Another possibility is the NFL doesn't say whether a player has it or if the player was exposed to someone who had it but the player themselves didn't test positive for it.
So it's possible he was around someone who had it and now he's testing positive.
Or???

Also if you've come into contact with someone who has it, I believe you go on the list. So few possibilities as to why.
