I said most of this in a post I made but I feel that it deserves it's own thread.

The coaching staff as a whole clearly lacks the skills necessary to gameplan, manage the clock, and create/call effective plays.
The Parcells led front office blatantly refused to address positions of need in areas of skill players, we REALLY should have drafted Hakeem Nicks at 25, and the fact that they took Pat White (a luxury pick) in the 2nd round instead of a skill player makes me want to take a flamethrower to landshark stadium.

I'm sick of the excuses, flat out I feel like these guys are losers and a lot of the players are losers too.... I say get rid of them all and if Ted Ginn is on the team next year I'll have trouble with not going on a murderous rampage.

Who's with me?

Disagree. We're headed in the right direction and you want to blow it all up and start over? Force the team to learn an entirely new offense and defense and REGRESS from the progress we've made this season? Just doesn't make much sense to me.

We are a better team than last year and are improving. We will improve this offseason and follow the four year rebuilding plan. Calm down or something.

We have some definite needs, wr being one, but no one could have forseen this many injuries. Last year we barely had any. Look how many close games we lost, that says something. There will be some coaching changes I am sure but we should do well next year.

I just don't know how to feel about this! The only reason I would consider doing it is because 3 of the best coaches of the generation our out there.

I don't agree that we are headed in the right direction though! We started the season 0-3 and ended the season 0-3. Not to mention with the playoffs on the line we were down 24-6 to Ten and 27-0 to the Texans. Lots needs to change for the better! I saw the same glaring weaknesses on defense today that I saw in weeks 1-3.

Completely disagree. Of course the staff has made some talent evaluation blunders but I still believe we're headed in the right direction. It's far too early to consider any significant changes in the front office. Having said that, I really hope we have a new OC and DC next year.

I agree, and I feel that the others that have replied, must not have watched a single game this season.
