I've lost confidence in Tannehill, and have been one of his biggest supporters. However we are two games into the season, and even though he hasn't had a decent game since the Pats game last year I believe this is not the time to throw in the towel.
Let's put this into perspective:
Deep ball issues aside he did not have the issues with accuracy he is having this year. It can be corrected.
New scheme and new players will take some adjusting, and I think.right now it's a timing thing with qbs and wrs.
I think Lazors offense is the best we've seen in years, that being said there is too much thinking on the field with skill position players, resulting in dropped passes, inaccurate throws and general miscommunication
The drops are ridiculous. If Wallace kept his feet inbounds last week, if Sims caught the perfectly thrown pass from Tannehill as well as Hartline this , there is three deep touchdowns in Two games, from great throws from the Qb.
Also there have been drops by Clay and Miller that could've resulted in big plays.
I think this is a scheme issue that's gonna take some time for the players.
I'm just as frustrated by the errors, but I think this will change with more game experience..... So folks I wouldn't write off Tannehill too soon

I am not high on Tannehill at the moment, but he was the least of the problems with the bills. Special teams and the offensive line were the worst part of the game.

Talk about perspective needed: one week after a big, big upset win over the nemesis Patriots, it's the end of the world in Miami

Those are a lot of ifs

No people just realized that this is the same team it has always been. Find ways to win games against good teams, while they lose to mediocre teams the same way.

How are the Bills mediocre? They beat the Bears at home who just spanked the 49ers.

I'm not buying on the Bills just yet. They're not a BAD football team, but I think they are going to do that thing they do every few years and get out to a hot start before imploding and losing 9 straight.

well said...

I am starting to lose confidence in him but he should get the entire season to prove himself.

It's only two games. How do we respond is the key. Do we come back with a solid performance? Do we stink up the joint? We shall see. What adjustments does Lazor implement? Do we have heart/pride? I think we come back strong, but we'll see Sunday.

Along with timing, system, deep balls, accuracy, adjustments, WRs, drops, staying inbounds, scheme, game experience etc

Should I go on?

Lol sure... These may not even be the issue, just my thoughts... I've played QB and coached teams, there is a lot that needs to be adjusted on the fly, especially with an NFL offense. Sky is not falling yet folks, and hopefully it doesn't. It's just two games, which we are 1-1 in... I've been a dolphin fan for years and it is easy to fall into the here we go again feeling... I think given some time this team can play, and Thill can be an above average qb...
