The way the league is now we won't win a SB for a while. We need some kind of feel good story or trajedy before we can win a SB. Take Pitt last year. Bettis and Batch was from Detroit and Bettis already announced it was his last year so they got alot of help in the SB. For people that think I'm crazy just watch the game and the 21 pont swing on phantom calls. The NE Patriots:shakeno: . The NFL's little poster children. 9/11 was why a mediocre team all of the sudden got the PATRIOTIC calls like invention of the tuck rule and allowing snow plows on the feild to clear a spot for a GW FG. If history repeats it's self then the refs will cover their tails with Pitt just like they did by taking care of NE for 3 more years by giving them BS calls in key moments of games many were PI calls against us that killed our MO or ended the games.Nah we need to have some sad story like flipper being on his death bed and create a slogan like "lets win one for the Flipper" but who are we kidding we don't have a chance.:lol: I have been giving you negative people a hard time lately and hope this makes you feel better.

Thats not the way I feel. I see all these people suppose to be Phinfans talking all this crap and crying about whos playing and how we can't be good unless we beat Ben and crap. I was just being sarcastic and fuming a little.
 
Relax there buddy. We love the Dolphins, but we are realistic fans. To say like some people are saying that they are going to go 13-3 is rediculous. And we are FOOTBALL fans and like to see the best out there. That is all we are saying. If we win, I will be exctatic, but I like to see the best out there. Give it a rest, with the "Your not a true fan" crap

I never said anything about someone not being a true fan just question their dedication and the realization is every team is 0-0 now and MY DOLPHINS have a better shot than most. So If they lose Thursday you people can come back and say I told you so and it may gratify some of you but for me I will be pissed until we win. For me though I will get much more satisfaction if we win the SB and I can honestly say I beleived all along. If you don't beleive why even watch is what I don't understand about the pessimist.
 
Feel good? How about SB in Miami? How about C-Peps knee reconstruction.. How about new brainiac coach Saban, .. yea.. if there is a feel good story this year.. its us!
 
I kind of like the win one for the flipper slogan in my rant though. Maybe I can get a shirt made where Saban has his finger pointed and is yelling in anger to use the slogan on.:cooldude:

Ughhh your missing my point. I never said they were going to lose Thursday. All I am trying to say is dont get to confident, cause you dont want to be let down if all doesnt go right. Im praying they win the SB, and I believe but you dont understand what I am saying!! Does anyone feel me on this one?
 
I don't understand this thread, I certaily feel good about our Dolphins this year. And optimism is what makes the season fun!

As for your "conspiracy" theory, total bull IMO.

The year that Natrone Means stepped out on the 4 and SD was given the GW TD they went on to the SB instead of us was in Miami. We will need alot more if they would cheat Dan from winning one in Miami IMO.

Why is it we cant go 13-3?
 
i guess the tread title speaks for looking to rile people up. Pure BS tho. We are headed in the right direction and as far as winning it this year, probably not.

But it will be exciting to see how much farther we can go over recent seasons.

as for your conspiracy of the NFL choosing the winners. --->:sidelol:
